Land Claims

Protecting Your Builds

Claiming land is the only way to protect your builds from being griefed in the server. After your first claim, you must get money to claim more land. You can increase the amount of chunks you can claim by purchasing server rank or inviting more people to your town.

Please be mindful when creating towns and claiming land near other players. We require all players to leave at least three chunks (48 blocks) between claims of different towns. If you do not follow this rule, your claim may be removed by server staff.

Growing Your Community

To invite other players to join your town, you canuse the command /town trust [player] to send the player an invite. The invited player must use /town accept to officailly join the town and gain permissions within the land. Every player who joins the town gives allows an additional three chunks to be claimed.

You can use /town invites to view the list of towns that you have been invited to.

Managing Your Town

You can use /town spawn to teleport to your town. The spawnpoint is automatically set to where the town was created, but can be changed using /town setspawn. This action costs $3,000. All transactions for the town are taken out of the town bank. You can view how much is in the town bank by using /town balance. You can add to the town bank using /town deposit [amount].

Each additional chunk you claim costs $100 a week. This is taken from the town bank. If your town does not have enough money in the bank when upkeep is due, the most recent chunks to be claimed will be automatically unclaimed.

Downgrading

If you wish to remove players from your town for any reason, you can use /town untrust [player]. You can unclaim the chunk in which you are standing by using /town unclaim. All claimed chunks have to be connected in some way, so ensure you unclaim from exterior chunks towards the middle.

💡 Tip: Use /town help to view all available commands relating to your town!
